Hi all,

So i just bought my PF and what I am doing right now is 10 hours a day, 1 day off 60 hours a week.

Is this a good routine to see gains in the coming future? I have seen some people say to include manual work but I really don't have time for that hence why I bought a PF.

Also should I consider buying a hanger also or just stick with PF?

Hanging is great passive intense PE work, definitely go for it.

If you choose the LengthMaster you get a hanger and a great tool for intense manual stretches in the future, when you got enough time.

Do you masturbate? If so, you could get some erect (bundled) stretches in

If getting a hanger get a LengthMaster as it is not just a hanger it is so much more. It allows for hanging but also Bundled Stretches, Rolling stretches, Two Handed Stretches, PowerAssist exercises and the LM can perform any manual exercise using 2 hands and the handle bars on the LM. Is a length master basically a PF and lj hanger combined into one? Where can i find beginner routines for this device? Also where can i find peoples gain reports on it?
