Problems with my order

Hi guys
I am from germany. I ordered the Sizegenectis device on the 23. December 2014 and still not receive it. I ordered with the discount from this site. The support is saying that there is no order on my name and now I dont know what to do.
I payed 205,25$ and I think the device will not come. I hope somebody can help me. Is here anybody who had similar problem?

Yes, they are sorting you out now. Something has been happening with emails not getting through to them but I got through to them on Skype.

They need your postal address and email, please email it to Martyn.Slack@Twist360.com

They explained the reason why you didn't get the bonus stuff is because you have a certain amount of time to make the purchase when you first visit their site. There is a counter and if you don't complete the transaction within that timeframe, you don't get the bonus stuff. Some people come to the site and then come back a day or two later to purchase and the timer runs out.

They are going to make an exception for you, so they are going to send the velcro and a bonus gift due to the confusion.
