Penis Health Penis size is great. But the libido .... I need to find ways to boost my libido

For young people that think you lose a bit in your 30s, be ready for your 40s and 50s if you don't train and maintain your level of stamina, endurance, PE, and upkeep your testosterone level. Just like breasts, they sag. For penis and libido, they atrophy if you don't pay attention.

As men, we grow tired of jacking off 3 to 5 times a week, while we blow our loads off 3 to 5 times a day during our prime. Keeping your penis and prostate healthy is great, but your healthy heart, dieta and hormones play critical roles as well. If you have a beer belly or heavy fat, that is one of the primary libido killers. Just something to think about as your journey your PE.

A brotherhood walking within a journey is not about senseless pride and arrogance. We support one another with the best knowledge and experience, with long-term empirical evidence when avaialable, to encourage each other for the proper growth. I wish there were supportive forums like this during and before my prime to grow rather than fumbling around in libraries and magazines with lacklustered info.

Just my advice personal advice and experience. I had used Viagra and that didn’t work as well as I wanted. However, IF you can get a script for 5mg Cialis/daily, this is the absolute bomb. Not only for PE, but for many other benefits you can investigate on your own. I use it daily and around the 5-7 day mark, it’s built up in the system and really has made a difference at least for me. Seems you can use 5mg daily with no issues. Just my personal advice for libido and PE enhancement. Because once you get it built up in the system, then daily maintenance dose, you’re “ready” at all times.

I think the theory is that you should get 10-15 mg of zinc with just regular food so going up to 40 makes sense. I might have just a bit too much zinc since I actively eat a lot of protein. I will test out the 30mg. Be aware that Zinc can hurt your stomach if you don't eat it with food.
 
30mg of Zinc Biglycinate is all you need. You want the chelated version as it is more bio available and passes the gut better. Also, Boron. 3mg daily is sufficient. Boron is a good addition as well.

Can ypu consume 30 mg Zinc in supplements per day? I always thought 20 mg was the recommended max.
