You know, getting that special tickle / ache in the groin region. I'm pushing 62, so maybe a factor, but guys keep strong interest into their 70s. I have that interest as well, but I gotta intensify that "tingle" down below.

Suggestions, advice? Dietary, supplementary, exercises, etc.?
 
How often do you have an orgasm vs ejaculate each week? Do you do the cum cocktail? How often do you exercise? What do you eat? How often do you water pump

The answer to each is:
Orgasm 5 x a week ejaculate no more than 2 x
Cum Cocktail: Yes!
Exercise: Everyday, lightly on one or two days
Diet: High protein, high fiber, nothing fried , low carbs
Water Pump for EQ: 3 x a week

This is a general cum cocktail, there is a 200 pg thread on �other forum�, this is mine but still a work in progress.

Start with 1 & 2 (3 if needed) then add 4 & 5 a few weeks and weeks after and see what works for you.

(1) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg (with food)
(2) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg (with food)
(3) Bromelain, 500mg, Taken 1 time daily =500mg (This really does make your cum taste good, wifey approved and verified, she is shocked that I don’t taste like anything or that it is no longer salty. (with or without food) (not a substitute for eating junk or not working out- only after you are on your A-game but nothing else works)

(4) L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg (no food)
(5) Pygeum & Saw Palmetto, 160/50 mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg (I could not take Pygeum in large doses, my stomach would hurt, so I am doing the mix of these with food) (some vets say this does not work for them, others love it- you must test on your self)

I have been on this for 1 month now, 1, 2 & 3. With all of them, 4 & 5 I had originally done all at the same time but didn’t know what was doing what, so now I am gradually adding and you must do the same to see what works for you. I will report back on progress in a few months on 4 & 5

I think a must read for anyone in PE is the-multi-orgasmic-man . Do a google search, sometimes there is a free download or just buy the book. After the age of 33 I think every man should be multi orgasmic, my life is so liberated after I started practicing. Wifey and I are on the same page now, I always have an orgasm but I don't always cum. Here are a couple of examples. Mind you I'm in my mid 40's now.

1. Let's say I have I think wifey is hot as fuck in the AM and I just want to bang her while she is changing, I can do that but I will bang until I'm about to cum and have an orgasm withholding the ejaculation. Later that night, I know I could bang for a long time. What I find some guys think they are 22 and can do it in the AM and PM like they used to and they think there is something wrong with them if they can't. I know my age, I know I can still have two sessions in the day but I have to think differently.
2. Let's say it's a great night, we are making love and I hold my first ejaculation, guess what? I'm still hard, I can go ahead and do the same thing again and again. My peak is 5 but usually I can do 2 or 3 no problem and at my final orgasm, I have the biggest most satisfying orgasm ever.
3. Let's say I know this is going to be a good week, without being a multi-orgasmic man, I could only have sex every other day because I just don't have the stamina. Regarding the L-Arginine, have you read the information now circulating among weightlifting and bodybuilding groups about the use instead of L-Citrulline, which is a precursor to producing L-Arginine and in fact might result in more L-Arginine being available to the body? I am not sure of the daily dosage of L-Citrulline that would be required to yield the equivalent amount of available Arginine that a 1000 mg of raw L-Arginine would make. I have also read that L-Citrulline can be a bit more harsh on the digestive tract than L-Arginine.

But, is it as simple as getting close to climax and then preventing the ejection of semen ... bringing it to "the brink", then calming it, and repeating the process? Is there also an exercise one can do? Higher up i the thread someone mentioned exercising the PC muscles, essentially the ones used to "hold back piss". How the heck does one exercise these muscles without urine to hold back?

For citrulline, it's harsh. To maximize the effectiveness, L-critrulline malate. In a healthy diet, consuming the proper food rich in citrulline will do the trick. But, as we get older, how much food can we consume before we walk around with bellies full and bloated. Those who are crazy enough to go ultra high at 10 gram a day is nutty. I use 3 gram of L-critrulline malate for morning hours during exercises, and 3 grams near the evening for the last bursts of rebuilding energy boost around 4PM. Anything later than 6PM will cause your stomach to turn. Do make sure to eat something solid to offset the acid. A fruit, a veggie wrap, or even a slice of toast. Don't drink milk or heavy alkaline liquid before and 3 hours after drinking L-critrulline malate. It will also turn your stomach.

I do this all the time. It's dry ejaculation. It'll take a few months to get used to, but it's achievable. I can do three dry orgasms before the full load unleashing. This is how I can last beyond an hour with ease. When wife wants the long sessions during our lazy vacation days, this is a must.

To train for this, don't even think about bringing it to the brink. That's 90% excited state and your chance of losing that load is 100%. Bring your excited state to 75% or 80%. This is when you know your body desires to unleash the load. Calming down is good, but remove your penis from the erogenous areas, perform foreplay on the female or simply massage your scrotum if you are alone, allow that tingling sensation to continue as your penis is literally pulsing. Males don't understand this but it's your micro orgasms that you're experiencing. By repeating this method over and over again, your mind is programming your penis to enjoy continuous strings of micro orgasms.

When your body becomes familiar with this feeling, go higher to 90% or even 95% of your excited limit before ejaculation. Perform the same process. The higher the intensity of micro orgasm strings, the more you reach your ideal dry orgasms.

Just to warn you, when you have any one full intense dry orgasm, your erection state will drop down to 80% or so. Once you get used to dry orgasms, you can quicky maintain your full erection within a couple minutes. You'll be surprised how massive of a load once you decide to let go. A warning to all brothers, if you plan on not releasing that load after many dry orgasms, blue balls will be one of the worst feeling you get in a few hours after the sexual excited state.

I appreciate all of the advice on this topic and the L-Citrulline supplementation earlier.

So, 3 grams @ breakfast and 3 grams @ around 4pm. Not on empty stomach but with something neutral, like toast. And never with milk or heavy alkaline liquids. Right?

Correct. My suggestion is to drink 10 to 20 minutes before eating. This is to prevent the compound from being chelating (absorbed or bound to foods) before it gets a chance to run through the large and lower intestines. I would even say allowing 30 minutes to be on the safe side.

If you are using L-critrulline malate, be aware that more water consumption is needed. An average is half to one gallon a day. If possible, stay warm. L-critrulline cycles through the body at a higher rate with internal core of 96F to 99F. Lower internal core and lack of blood flow reduce it's overall effects.
 
If I stop doing Kegels, forget being a multi orgasmic man, it's essential. I have never had blue balls feeling Old and Live describes, but everyman is different. I will say that if I'm having sex for 30 min it will be damn hard to not have "some" ejaculation. So assuming you can pump 4 good cums out of you , when being multi orgasmic you can hold all 4 of them or 3 of 4 pumps. You are holding some back to fuck more that day or the next day. Let's say I know we have a work thing the next day and I know I won't have sex, my wife even ask for the full cum and it's great when you are at that level of a relationship. I would not think of it as a build-up and then backing down, that is boring as fuck. I'm getting mine but I am not ejaculating. Two separate things. I think once you read more about the subject, you won't know how you lived before it. I will say that I find it shocking that all men over 30 don't practice this. When my mojo went down from 32-34 just like any sports person, my first reaction was, something is wrong with me, that is NOT the case, I just have to play differently. All basketball players lose their juice from 32-35 and we don't stay up late wondering why? this is life and we adapt to it.
