Hey DLD,
I wanted to ask you: With all of the new exercises/devices/routines i.e- The Length Master, Deep lig jelq etc. that have been founded in this forum that you and other experienced Mods have created, what advice would you give to those following the routines on the paysite that want to incorperate some of these newer techniques but dont know how to without worry of overworking/hindering gains? How do you suppose they should incorperate some of these awesome exercises/devices and such into the paysite phases?
