ED at that age? I'd consider getting blood work done. But could be psychological. How's your weight and overall health?
Going at PE on a daily basis, depending on the routine, is fine. It's about listening to your body. After pumping and clamping, as in vigorous girth routines, your EQ can go down a bit. But as long as there's no strong pain (discomfort will happen due to growth process, this is a given), all days on is fine.
You could also think of alternating with length and girth, as in 1 day length, 1 day girth, then off day, repeat. Just stay consistent.
