Overtraining on purpose for maximum gains?

Yes that is a loose rule for the most part. The most someone would lose after putting in a lot of work would be a quarter inch to a half of an inch so I always say go for an extra half inch so you settle down into the size you desire.

I find it far better just to commit myself for life keeping my penis in good shape. I’ve obviously made all the gains I desire so today I just maintain but always keep my head in the game.

The camaraderie of the brotherhood is also a very good reason to stick around for support on anything you may be going through.

I meant that since I`ve heard that one should go 0.5 over my goal, then I would be 8 inches to keep the gains. But yeah I see your point of wanting more haha!

Btw, I`m doing my sessions every other day, do you think doing two sessions a day will be better? With my first one being pump and clamp, but my second one be just pumping. What`s your take on this for best growth?

i’ve always train seven days a week and that was always the best way for me so it keeps my mind in the game every day. If I took days off they would probably turn into vacations. So I’ve always tried to go seven days on no days off. But if this is too much for you you can always go five days on take the weekend off or go every other day or some other construction of time. Some people gain faster when they do less work work. This is the exception to the rule but it does happen. So I will try seven days on and see if you can handle it it seems like it’s too much of a burden and break it up.

Yeah I remember you doing all on and no off, youre lucky to have that ability. I will have to try it out and see how my member reacts. Have tried every day before and it doesnt work for me, so I will try twice a day, every other day, and see how it goes.

Experimenting is key..

I just found out however that using coconut oil in my bathmate is MUCH better than moisturizer.. Im glad I discovered this!

Do you think the x50 is worth the upgrade from x40, when the diameter of the tube is only 0.25 inches bigger? I mean I eventually have to, or soon, my girth packs the diameter of the x40 now..

The x40 I have I already have alot of negative space to grow for length and reach my lenght goal, 8 or 8.5 inches, but the negative space will be excessive in terms of length in the x50, So I hope the excessive oversized amount of length won`t negativley affect my progress and growth, do you think it will? Due to it being too much negative space in terms of lenght?. And I would by the x50 ONLY for more space for girth expansion, even though its only 0.25 inches more..
 
Have you checked out the WideBoy? This may be the best solution. Unless I’m understanding you incorrectly. If so please correct me.

I have the x40 , but its new name is x9, and the x7 wide boy has the same diameter as the x9, and the x7 is too short for me, no room, too little to grow in length .

I just wondered if the excessive amount of negative space for length in the x50 (x11) Would negativley affect my progress, growth. Do you have any knowledge on this?

No this will have no effect on your progress as long as you’re getting good vacuum. So be sure to go with the handball or with the wine vacuum modification. Negative space is always countered by strong vacuum.

Thats good to know, I always get excellent vacuum! Then I will buy the x50 after all !

Yeah! I think the extra 0.25 in diameter has to be enough!
When you reached your goal size, did you work even longer to gain 0.5 inches more in length and girth to make sure you maintained your size?

No I just never stopped LOL I still train today to invent exercise and tools. PE is a lifetime commitment for me

Oh ok, you never stopped, thats cool! Yeah I have gotten that impression about you, it seems like PE is your life passion, its great that you have something you truly love! I will still do sessions in the future when I have reached my goals, just not as often ofc, or as long.

I love my work here in the brotherhood and I also love my work in my ministries. I love teaching my brothers how to improve them selves and I also love teaching people about Jesus. I love what I do for a living.

That`s a great life you`re living, a blessed life. Something I`m striving for aswell, I`m only 24 and am striving to build a life I want to live too.
