Don't forget to edge and kegel, doing a serious cool down will help smooth out fluid retention(the doughnut look) and prevent the permanent discoloration as well.

They are about the same if you go until the gaitor is mostly compressed, or what they call "max pressure".
Extreme wins though for me it just become easier to use for me in a hurry.
