Hey guys injured newbie here,

I started PE in July and after two weeks I got thrombosis. I got a small red bump which discolorated after a couple of days. I decided to stop for a month to let it heal. During that time the bump became much smaller, but didn't completely disappear. I got back into PE but the bump became big and red again. Is this a serious injury? How long should I stop PE for it to completely heal and is there a way to speed up the healing process?

Welcome to the Brotherhood Malcolm, Is the bump soft or hard? Where is the bump located? There are no serious injuries in PE so do not fear that. Let me know wthe answer to these questions and I can advise much better.

Sorry for the late reply. I went to a doctor and it turned out that it was just some sort of pimple caused by friction and irritation. It's gone now and I'm back on the newbie routine. Too bad I wasted so much time and potential gains for nothing.

It's gone now and I'm back on the newbie routine. I'm thinking of doing it twice a day. Is this going to speed up my gains or get me injured for real?
