Hey, I am down for purchasing the SS2 since I think I am ready for hanging and browsing the many hangers out there. A couple questions however:
1- May I drop jelqing now? I been jelqing for a little over 2 years and feel like my gains have plateau. Think its time for hanging routines.
2- May I pump before or should I pump after? Am a little over 1.5" normal to a little over 2" after pumping. I was going to purchase the 1.5" diameter SS2.
3- How much weight can I max on this thing? I read around 20lbs but can you go higher? Or is that reserved for other hanger models?
4- I want to also gain girth. I have clamped before but have read that working on girth can impede on length gain routines. So should I just hang and continue pumping and clamp later or can I also work on my girth clamping?

Current stats : 7.9 x 5.6 BPEL------Goal: 8.5 x 7 BPEL

You got a cracking size, those wet jelqs work nicely, a favorite of mine 18 years ago when I started.

I would ditch the wet jelqs and switch over to the SSJ created by DLD.

It's a more advanced, effective exercise, taking the wet jelqs many steps further.

Personally I would concentrate on length gains, you will still see some girth even using only length exercise, or use a mixed routine that targets both the length and girth, but not a girth only routine.

I started at 6.6 x 5.4 and now just over 8 x 7 however I neglected allot of length work, which I and others theorize with big girths is harder to grow more length, as you probably read.

This may be incorrect, being honest, but, I believe from my own experiences it's correct.

The silistretcher can take more than 20lbs.
I've used it with 30lbs but the weak link has been the sleeves.

Get duros for the heavier weight, they are designed for that.

Honestly though, you must start light and keep stressing the penis. Ride the ass out of that fatigue, push it hard for a few months balls to the wall, while being safety conscious of course.

Then take a few weeks off, evaluate the size and take it further.

You don't need heavy weight to gain, not at all. Some guys who are experienced like hanging with more, it gets addictive, a sport, like myself in the past when I helped develop clamping for the penis. I did 45 minutes clamping, but that isn't needed to gain.

Yea, I am sick of doing jelqs every day. My wrist eventually hurts and it just takes way too much time. Glad I can drop them in favor for SS2 and SSJ.
- What is the routine for SSJ?
- How did you get to 7" girth? That is my goal for girth. I clamp but you advice I should drop clamping until I reach my length goal.
- What would be a newbie hanging routine you would recommend.
- I currently clamp 3 x 10min sets every other day.
 
My current length routine and has been for a couple years is as follows (started 6.5 length now at 7.9):
- Hot shower + Bathmate (25mins) 1-2 times a day (morning and night)
- Stretch in every direction for 30 secs-1min and rotate.
- Forgot what its called but pull it back between the butt cheeks and sit on it for 10mins on average.
- Jelq with Vaseline 300 times.

Advice on a newbie hanging routine. I would Gran an SS and take a look at the routine DLD posted for SS.

If you can find in the size genetic section a thread I made about timing for that device, it can be transferred across to the SS in how long you use it.

I really would miss dropping clamping from my routine before the SS2 session. Think its possible I can still gain length without dropping clamping or will it be that obvious the slowdown?
 
That would not affect how much length you gain. Clamping is a girth exercise.

I just wanted to clarify since I read different takes from people. It can severely impede lenght gains because of more girth mass or hardly does. I would like to stick with clamp + SS2 hanging.
 
I need help with measurement. People post size like 6.65", 5.5". but on my ruler, ther are 16 small graduations between 2 different inch mark, how do one read it? help pls.

I think those are 1/16th markings. For example, if someone is in between 5 and 6 but want it down to the 1/16th of an inch, you count the markings to the very tip of your glans/head. I.e. 5 and 7/16ths, after the number 5, start counting the markings and you count up to seven of them. The very last marking at the tip of your penis (marker number seven) is the final measurement. I hope this helps, if I even explained it right ?

I see what you mean. But if you really want those length gains, I recommend sticking with the silistretcher for a while until you reach your length goal. Many experienced PE'ers have seen the correlation of bigger girth, harder length gains. Think of rubber bands. It's easier for the thinner ones to stretch even with two fingers, right? But with the really thick ones, you're going to need much more force by using both hands to stretch it. It's almost the same with length gains in PE. Hanging is a great way to gain length, and since it's vacuum hanging it is even better because you can possibly hang for an hour straight and later heal in an elongated state with the belt. But it's just a piece of advice really. PE is all about listening to your body and see what works for you, but advice never hurt anyone. At least not me lol. DLD has some silistretcher routines for both the belt and vacuum hanging portion floating around. I highly recommend checking them out ?

ok, I get now. so do 5.7means 5 7/16th? if not, how then do one read such?
 
Just go to google and convert inches to centimeters it’s very easy.

I spent over 2hours trying to get my measurements, it was had. maybe I have mild erectile dysfunction.
ok, my issue is, which of the flaccid length do weeasure? i jave different flaccod size, at times, it shrinks so far and again it becomes full but not erect and it flunctuates with Temprature and touch.
again, which of the erections do i measure? is it full erections, lile extremely full which is rare for me or just normal erections.

I got banned from two now dispatched sites for mentioning it in the early days, as guys were so know it alls, scared to death of new ideas apart from a jelq and stretch.

Now, clamping is common, so pleased about it.

I mentioned all this because due to quick large gains in girth with clamping, it made it harder to gain length afterwards.

Do it either in complete moderation with a balance, or just length.

@REDZULU2003 Hope to one day gain much girth after gaining more length first.

Hearing you guys on MOS discuss how it may be easier to gain length first before girth is what made me also decide to go after length first.

The SRT that DLD put together is very informative.
I’m using this method for length.
Manual stretching and then healing with Silistretcher.

I think I will gain girth fast, at least that is my hope once I gain enough length.

It’s a marathon not a sprint, helps keep it in perspective.
