Besides the stretch, the length is adjustable like a belt. You adjust the length with the buckle.

I adjusted the buckle all the way.
I think another 4 to 6 inches on the Silistrap would give me a little more adjustment.

It is working good though.
I really like the ease at which I can put the Silistrap on with the hooks.

You can also try adding a small extension bungee rope or loop on the end of the silistretcher to accommodate your needs. Like a quick way is to get a zip tie and make a ring through the silistretcher hanger eye.

Does this mean u don't need to use a silicap if you get one of these?

The SiliPads help eliminate fluid retention, so most users may find they no longer need a silicap. We are still waiting on users feedback here because everyones mileage may vary.

How much pressure hg wise would I need for the Silistretcher to stay on and still be effective in holding?

I’ve been using 1/2 turn 5hg consistently.
Wondering if anyone has tried less than this like a 1/4 turn (quarter turn).

Is the idea to wear Silistretcher with Silipad only and not use Silicap or should it be used in combination with Silicap?

As you mentioned everyone is different, so I guess it depends.

I will be trying both Silipads with Silicap and without and will report back.

It's up to the end user and fluid retention. The idea is to add comfort and eliminate the silicap if possible.

Individual taste, but me I wouldn't wear a slicap, and use a silipad together.
The silipad should provide a nice cushion against the glans, and protect the tip from excessive vacuum.

If you are using the MOSGrip, 1/4 turn should be sufficient with the 20mm SiliSleev.

Wow that is great, even with active use.
I have only tried walking with it, with everyday activities.
DLD should post the meme again with the guy running with silistretcher and the guy behind him struggling with another extender. (xd)

I can’t find it right now but here’s a few I did before LOL

Correct, the sticky sides press against the piston. One gel pad has a dome shape and the other gel pad has a slight recess. They were originally one gel pad but we found that cutting them in half worked best.
This gives you three different options if you decide to combine them both as well.

Make sure you remove the contoured SiliPad before inserting the gel pads.
Is it best to use the two halves of the gel versions together (one dome-shaped combined with the recessed one) or to keep as separate during sessions? Thanks, brothers. .

You can experiment to your liking. We included all the options so everyone will find a solution that works best for them.

We split the gel-pad to use it as a whole or separate. If you put the two sticky sides together they will still come apart, you just have to slowly break them apart. You can try the gel pad as one thick pad or two thinner ones and reverse to try both sides in one thicker pad combined.

The good So today I will have woren it for 21 hrs for the day the most for me in one day so far.
I only sleep 5 hrs today 3hrs than woke up than 2more but all with silisleeve on and no problems(light tension though and up towards neck position with the silistrap). I also wore it today while cutting the grass on my riding mower with no pain or discomfort (was worried bc grounds alittle rocket and bumpy but all good).
The bad looks to be starting to rip this would be the 4th I've had n all have torn in some way

That is great that you are able to wear it for that long.
Are you wearing it with Silicap?

Yes w silicap I haven't bought the silipad yet I was waiting to see what everybody thought
I will be providing my update on Silipads as soon as I am done trying the different variations.

Do you start with the glans further in the Silistretcher?

You seem to be wearing it for a long time with no big issues.

The majority of users are getting best results starting with the piston retracted 50-60% into the SiliStretcher (approx 2.5-3 full turns) before applying vacuum. This secures the penis better and helps with hanging heavier weight with the current silisleevs. Remember, you only need a half turn of the vacuum knob to get ample vacuum once applied.

The SiliSleev Duros are just about ready, we will be announcing them soon. They are twice as strong as the current SiliSleevs but the same thickness. It was hard trying to find a happy medium between stretch and strength and it looks like we have it worked out now for people looking to hang heavier weight and increase longevity.

The current SIliSleevs are still going to be the recommended sleeve for pumping, wrapping and anti-turtling due to the elasticity and comfort of them.
