hi guys.

A friend told me that honey is very good for health and for people in intensive training. do you know any benefits from honey?

I want to know if you have some nice plan of training to make my six pack nice.

its ok to put some olive oil in my salads?

of course I´m asking this because i want to lose all my body fat.

thanks

Yeah i heard like eating some honey after a workout is good for recovery...didn't think much of it and didn't really know much about it...i'd like to know more about the topic too.

almost forgot, are lipides essencial for us?

if i want to reduce almost 100% my lipide ingestion it´s ok to eat carbohydrates shakes?

what should I expect from it?

I´m really becaming a fat fighter! :p

Honey is a high glycemic-index carbohydrate so it will produce an insulin spike which is desireable post workout in combination with a fast digesting protein like whey.

You NEED dietary fat, do NOT remove all fat from your diet.

anyone know more about honey? website or so?

what to you think about cut of all rice/pasta/potatos from my diet?
just for a period to reduce body fat...

of course eating vegetbales, fruit, protein, tuna, chicken... is a good metod?

tomi man if you need a website just search on google!
Are you on a low-carb diet cause potatoes, pasta and rice contain mainly carbohydrates?
You're asking pointless questions:
of course eating vegetbales, fruit, protein, tuna, chicken... is a good metod?
A good method for what - cutting? If so I'd say yes though I don't understand what you mean by "protein" - supplemental protein?

rewave sorry for my doubts. but I already tried google!

I want to build up muscle and lose body fat!

Prince Albert, Thanks!

Hi tomi, I have just read a very good book about exactly what you are trying to do. It's called the 'Testosterone Advantage Plan'. I highly recomend it.

Thanks a lot rewave! I was telling you that I can't find some nice information about fat loss not about honey :p

TomdW were did you buy the book?
