Soooo i guess its time i let u in on some of my custom exercises. I have 2 new ones since ive started back Penis Enlargement after my long break. They are as follows:

LAPTOP PRESS

Target: Girth
Difficulty: easy
Equipment: Laptop, Clamp

I dont know how easy this would be for u guys to do because u may not have a laptop but maybe u can substitute it for something else lol. I have had a broke laptop sitting around for the past 3 years so i used that.

HOW TO DO IT:
I have a laptop at waist height sitting on a counter turned towards me. While clamped at maximum Capacity i insert about 3/4's or 1/2 or my penis into the opened part of my laptop is close it slowly pressing down on the top of it kinda like a t-shirt press. One hand is holding the clamp trying to keep it pushed up against my pubic bone and the other is pressing down. Almost like ur trying to flatten it out. U can sit down and try these but u would have to have both hands on the laptop. I squeeze for 30's applying more and more pressure as i count down.

LEXINGTON STRETCHES W/HANDS

Target: Length (flaccid stretch)
Difficulty: Very easy
Equipment: Hands

Man...This is one serious serious serious flaccid stretch for me. Please guys be careful when doing these i dont want anyone to get injured, we are a family!

HOW TO DO IT:

Sitting down on a chair legs open more than 90 degrees. I put the OK grip around my head with my LEFT hand and stretch down towards the ground. I dont point completely down though, my penis is tilted forward about 10-20 degrees. NOW i take my right Thumb and i push into the first 1-2 Inches of exposed ligs towards the left side of my body. I apply more pressure i Pull down with left hand and push to the left with right hand. Or you can pull the ligament to the right with ur fingers like ur about to pluck a guitar string. Try not to make fast movements when ur doing this. To make sure my thumb doesnt Slip off i put my index finger on the other side of my ligs with my gonna pinch them. You may have to play around with my angles or play around with where ur thumb is to feel that pull. When u feel that spot hold it!!!! I do 30 sec sets of these.

I have one more to show you guys but i gotta leave. Ill edit this post later with it! I hope these work for you guys as much as they work for me



OH most importantly these are only additional exercises i add on to my routine.
 
those lexington stretches look interesting . so its like a downward stretch with a finger push assist into to ligs at the base?
 
Yep! i find that i can apply a lot more intensity like that. Ive notice that when i pull down with a LOT of force without using the other hand to push into the base of the ligs i feel how much tension there is in my ligaments and it doesnt feel as tight as i originally thought. I thought it would be like as tight as a guitar string with how much force im pulling down but surprisingly it isnt. When i push into the base of my ligs i actually have to take it easy because its so intense. Ive gotten a couple lig pops and im sure i could get more but to tell u the truth im scared to death of them lol

My flaccid stretch has jumped from 8.7 to 9 inches in less than 2 weeks of doing these. Partly because i just came back from a break and im jumping into high intensity routines. :)

This guy gained very well. The finger assistant pushing technique here may be effective, but will test later. I do something similar except with the thumb on shaft on an aroused flaccid.

The Lexington stretch is one of many manual length exercises that has been buried by the length master. There numerous manual length exercises that has now been placed on the back burner due to the arrival of the length master.

The lengthmaster has dominated over many old stretches. So powerful and such simple workouts
 
Length Master and its predecessors has been in the PE world for how long now? @DLD do you recall? The original wooden beta versions before introduced to the market were discussed about in 2004, made one for myself, and I got the marketed version with the leather pads in 2009 I think.

Not sure when the LM all-plastic models came into play, but that wood version was a god-sent. I gained nearly 0.5in in less than 3 months compared to the traction gained length of 0.2in in 8 months. It even outguned the hanging and traction methods combined together. It was like superturbo-ed PE device. We measured the stresses and the results went further than 20lbs of hanging weights. It reached the territory of the terrifying 40lbs using our own body weights and limbs. Good thing about the LM is the ability to create dynamic weight ranges rather than the static hanging weights. Just like the pumps, dynamic pressure build better results than just constant static pressure.

We used to make it homemade in a shop locally and it costed as much as making it. And that's when we used wood but now we have a much better material that allows for slight flex in the length master without breakage. There is no better tool in the industry than the length master. People report gains constantly. The latest version has curved handles that allow for even better stretch and with the material we're using there's no fear of breakage
