When I first stumbled on this website back in July '05, one of the first things that really impressed me were the levels of sincerity, maturity and dedication displayed by DLD, the moderators and lots of the "old time" contributors. The no bullshit attitudes, the rational measured approach to gains and the honest, sincere support and welcoming for "newbies" like me, made me feel right at home immediately. All that plus the fact that DLD and all the rest made a concerted effort to take the high road each and every time when detractors tried to goad them into some kind of flame war. That impressed me.
