manual stretching...

i want to gain 2 inches manually, i really want to buy the extenders! but i live at home so it would be hard for me to buy:/ i have the money but i dont think i would like my mum and dad walking in on me with it on.. lol can someone tell me the best stretches to do? i am starting next monday but i would like a play around so i used to things and a kind of headstart for myself thanks!
