Is it possible to strain muscles in your lower back and buttocks when engaging in intense manual stretching. I believe I have done this.

lol never thought of it. Also I dont stretch much (want that girth mainly). But I could see it as being possible- what with the golum like position that I get into while doing an A-stretch.

"my precious..."

LMAO

BAHAHAHA.

K, I have recorvered from the last post. If you think you have something serious, by all means see a doctor. But, if you can bare through it, use a heating pad on it and take it easy for a couple days. When you go back to manual stretching, keep an eye out for the back pain just to see if it is in fact the stretching.

It dosnt sound very serious, but i dont its what you feel. I have pulled muscles from just doing normal everyday activites. I have pulled more muscles when i was doing normal everday activities than what i have lifting weights. Just try to take it easy and not try to strain yourself and use a heating pad.
