I got one for review last year and it was a big piece of junk. It broke when I was trying to get it on. My advice is the SizeGenetics, the quality is superior top any other extender and with the price being so low here on the forums it makes it that much better. love my slider extender. less than $40 on ebay...Very durable. Apply it on low tension and easily add tension just by twisting the nuts. vids below of me using it

The Silistrecher is a much better option. It's the best ADS right now. Alternatively, if you don't have enough time to do PE you can get yourself a length master instead. A very addictive device I must say.
