Lots of stretches vs few stretches

I was just curious on what gives the best results

Doing a shitload of different stretches but only a few sets of each


OR

Do a shitload of sets but only a few select stretches??

Wouldnt it be best to just do the stretches you can do most intensly and not "waste" time on other stretches that dont feel so good. Does the penis realy have to be hit from each and every angle for it to grow ?:(
 
I'm no length expert, but I would definitely trim a routine down to 2 or 3 exercises, then cycle to different exercises when gains recede. Picking exercises is arbitrary, certainly not a science. Find a few you like. Have you read the LOT information? That will answer your question about the penis having to be hit from different angles. Once the ligs are worn out, it's best to start hitting the tunica. It will also help you choose exercises - I think that generally downward stretches hit the ligs moreso, while upward stretches hit the tunica moreso. Good luck.
 
From my Phase 1 routine I suggest hitting the main 4 angles regardless of you LOT. Although I agree with you Alloy and I think there is definite credibility to the LOT theory, I think new guys may find themselves discouraged by their LOT outcome and this discouragement may lead to failure. In the first few months of Penis Enlargement I think someone should keep it simple and do the structural, basic exercises of Penis Enlargement found in the Phase 1 routine. This accomplishes a few different tasks being education on one penis and their likes and dislikes, it builds a solid foundation for future routine changes and growth, but I suggest this mainly because I think it is safe. What I mean by safe is what if the LOT theory is wrong? If this is the case doing a full range of motion may be overkill but it will assure the user that he is hitting every conceivable angle just in case.

I would sugest that the better way to go is do the one that make you "feel" tired. When you figure out what works best for you will be a "pe-er" ;)
And whatever you do don't over do!!!
