I suggest you look into the SRT Routine that will help you use your BathMate to it's best ability. SRT will also help you gain some good understandings of the whole PE process.

Thanks for plugging that routine, it is the best routine for someone to start with using the BathMate. Redzulu made the assertion that over-pumping in the beginning could cause ongoing problems with discoloration so I have really worked to make Pumping as safe and gainful as possible. In addition to the routine offered by Chil I suggest you also read through and get a good understanding of SRT. This will help you now and deep into your future in PE.
