Jackups better than jelqing for erect length?

I'm already doing that! ;) Instead of doing 1sec stretch 1sec not stretch, I do 9sec stretch, 1sec loose/not stretch. I do that for about 5min and after I do a minute where I rotate it from up to left, down, right and back various times.

By Jack ups, you mean tugging the penis when erect?

Not sure what these are called pullups, i called it a jackup because it feels almost as if youre incrementally gaining length when you do it.
Anyways, my hanging took a hit, so i've been thinking about when i made most of my gains and it was when i used to jelq . Eventually after sometime i got tired of it, so i basically just did these jackups.
I did some today and the inner shaft get a massive pull like hanging heavy.

I just get Erect, then rather than bother with the long a** jelq , i just kegel blood into the glans, i roll the skin over the glans a bit, quickly (it adds extra padding so your ok grip doesn't slip over the glans) ( im circumcised, if you aren't then you already have skin up there.) And then ill grab just below the ridges of the glans with a regular jelq type grip , but ill just pull straight up for one sec, then (not let go, or go to the base) ill just stop the pull but not move the the hand, and ill keep the blood trapped in the glans, then do another one, i do about 200 pulls starting out.
i feel like i actually gained some erect length , and my glans is fatter. - @jekyllnhyde360

Not really comfortable doing videos with my tatts or dick tbh LOL
but it's basically just grabbing below the glans when erect (obviously kegel blood in the glans first) and pull straight up so youre stretching the erect shaft.
instead of jelqing all the way up, im just keeping my grip below the glans and pulling upwards for 1 sec, then chill for 1 sec ( but i dont let the grip go, i keep the blood in the glans)
i do about 50 at a time, usually by then im very limp, which i think is good because you hit the shaft at different levels of erection.
then i re-stim and get back to it.
i do 200 total as of right now, but will move up soon.

Did you make any gains from this way of stretching?
