Hi there!
I’d love to start a routine of taking care and training for my "friend".

I'm 30 y.o. and my dimensions are:

NBFL 10 cm
BPEL 14.5 cm
EG MSEG BEG 11.5 cm

Plus, it has C shape, angled left 30°, angled up 60°.

Goals (in order of importance):
1) Fix angled left 30° by bringing it to 0° or close to, to have the penis erect straight.
2) Fix angled up 60° by bringing it to a lower degree.
3) 1st Goal: BPEL 16Cm EG 12.5cm --- FinishGoal BPEL 18Cm EG 14,5cm
4) Improve appearance and aestethics: Smoother and younger penis skin, Smoother and younger glans, less wrinkled and smoother balls. A healthy looking penis

At the moment I don't have any routine or practice.

@DLD and other brothers, correct me on this. I only corrected my shaft curvature of 20 degree and not the shaft twisting angle.

@johnny9546 I'll provide info based on medical and result publishes by the brotherhoods.

Angle of twist:
Commonly due scarred tissue and continuing growth over time without correction. Using either ADS or similar hidden devices during the day, or traction devices if you have such room to use without being bulky, wear the device with the opposing twist at 90% of the time with 10% at the straighten posture. During elongation, you are forcing the tissues to take corrected twisting correction.

You can. Also use devices such as wave oscillatory tissue breaker to break down the scar tissues or restrictive tissues before wearing the ADS device. This will force the tissues to elongate into the corrected angle faster.

Correction of penile shaft curvature:
ADS and Length Master. Length Master with bundle stretches force the tissues to under stresses for growth, and ADS/traction device forces the tissues to submit under tensions (no more than 2.5lbs of tensions for long hours) to ensure straightening. This adds length and straightness to the shaft. Stop at the curvature you desire.

Smooth skins requires activation of cellular bodies and collagen production. MOS Red or similar intense red light therapy unit. Mitochondrial charges and boosts, in addition to reinforce collagen production during recovery, while performing balls and ligament stretches during PE, will provide you the overall esthetic appearance you're looking for.

This is not an overnight thing. It will take work. Do you see a woman with a hot body and a beautiful face you want to plaster her all night long became who she is overnight? Good journey brother.

Growth is based on your willingness to push the limits. Safety in mind, the gains is around 70%. Safety limiters off, you can gain 150%. Think of an average, with safety in the front of your mind, is around 0.5in of length and 0.5in of girth. Limiters off, you can gain like crazy. Our brothers @squirt_inducer_man can tell you his crazy journey of massive gains with limiters off. @Infected Mushroom shows crazy girth gain with hard core girth work. Few brothers here I'm closely watching also show massive promises of gains both in girth and in length in short time with limiters off. I will have to take my limiters off too once I safely reprogram my penis tolerance in the next quarter. I think I'm hitting my growth limit.

As for which took, what is or are your priority(-ies) in terms of the gain. Length? Girth? Both? While you are correcting the Peyronie's. Standard tool for Peyronie's can either be the all day stretcher (ADS) of your choice, such as the SiliStretcher, for stealth purposes, or the traction of you are not worrying about stealth.

Girth can be your own hands, or the Bathmate/MityVac setup. Length and Peyronie's correction initial stress loading is definitely the Length Master, or the $5 budget broomstick with lots of arm muscles.

Jelquing/Jelqing is a broad subject in girth work for girth expansion. It commonly paired up with a vacuum system like the Bathmate or MityVac in a 5x5x3 routine.

5x5x3 means 5 minutes of pumping for tissue expansion, 5 minutes is jelq work to break down more tissues under stress loading, and repeat 3 sessions total.

During the jelq work, you're doing the Slow Squash Jelq (https://mattersofsize.com/media/albums/mos-dvd.95/ videos from DLD) to max the expansion.

Once the 5x5x3 routine is complete, you want to do a post 90 minutes blood trapping at 80 to 90% of the blood volume. This is where you need to monitor your PE is to prevent prolong blood trapping that causes stagnant blood. You want to cycle fresh blood into your PE is constantly at the volume. Why 80% to 90%? You will experience penile fatigue from the intense girth work. Hard to get 100%, or even 60% at time.

Is it dangerous? Everyone is different. I always encouraged safety at the forefront until you know it's safe to increase intensity. Those who tend to be overzealous can and will suffer along the way as personal experiences. I did, and learned.

Nothing I do is dangerous.
Bundled stretches are superior.
You need to deform your tunica albigunea to the max and stretch it out in order to grow.
Bundled stretches will deform and elongate more tissue.

Why do you question proven methods?

Jelqing is girthwork, stretching is lengthwork. 2 diffrent things.

Get yourself a broomstick and do bundled stretches around that thing. Really powerful if you want to use your hands, it's really enough if you are willing for it to take more time. But there is a point where you will feel that you need more intensity to keep gaining at a steady rate, then LengthMaster 3 is the best tool.

There is also the Power Assist 2 at MOS Shop.

If you do not want to do length work for many many years, you should get LengthMaster 3.
