Jackups better than jelqing for erect length?

Not sure what these are called pullups, i called it a jackup because it feels almost as if youre incrementally gaining length when you do it.
Anyways, my hanging took a hit, so i've been thinking about when i made most of my gains and it was when i used to jelq. Eventually after sometime i got tired of it, so i basically just did these jackups.
I did some today and the inner shaft get a massive pull like hanging heavy.

I just get Erect, then rather than bother with the long ass jelq, i just kegel blood into the glans, i roll the skin over the glans a bit, quickly (it adds extra padding so your ok grip doesn't slip over the glans) ( im circumcised, if you aren't then you already have skin up there.) And then ill grab just below the ridges of the glans with a regular jelq type grip, but ill just pull straight up for one sec, then (not let go, or go to the base) ill just stop the pull but not move the the hand, and ill keep the blood trapped in the glans, then do another one, i do about 200 pulls starting out.
i feel like i actually gained some erect length, and my glans is fatter.

Odd to say but I’ve never heard of them. And the way you’re describing it it’s very hard to imagine what you’re doing?. Is there a video or can you make a video?

Very much so. We need somebody to shoot videos of the new exercises. If someone or a few people could volunteer that would be awesome.
 
Not really comfortable doing videos with my tatts or dick tbh lol
but it's basically just grabbing below the glans when erect (obviously kegel blood in the glans first) and pull straight up so youre stretching the erect shaft.
instead of jelqing all the way up, im just keeping my grip below the glans and pulling upwards for 1 sec, then chill for 1 sec ( but i dont let the grip go, i keep the blood in the glans)
i do about 50 at a time, usually by then im very limp, which i think is good because you hit the shaft at different levels of erection.
then i re-stim and get back to it.
i do 200 total as of right now, but will move up soon.
 
I imagine what you are describing. Basically is a stretch, pointing up, but instead of flaccid, fully erect. And instead of holding it for 30-60 seconds, is just one second with one second rest.

In other words is like stretch pulses while erect pointing up.

I can see this can have benefits for a beginner in stretching of the tunica. For an advanced PE'er, I doubt will have any effect since I dont see this type of pull affecting the septum or the ligaments.

One of the things I have realized just now coming back to PE with a different routine, is that as you gain and as the years go by, the amount of force you need for stretching or any exercise are tremendous. In fact, I have trying several things that I will measure after 1-2 months to see if there is any result and elaborate a theory based on that.

I mention that because When I am stretching manually straight out, I do something similar to that pull you are describing. BUT, I do it fully flaccid and pointing straight out, maybe slightly down, in order to put that stress in all the structures of the inner penis. Basically after 60-90 seconds of pulling with all my might, I start doing those pulses in an attempt to reach beyond that limit.

I don't think so, my cock is getting the same feeling as heavy hanging.
im well aware of the bodies ability to adjust to force, this is the main reason for deconditioning breaks.
im going on 11 years of pe off and on, im very aware of what is going on, and im currently hanging 30 lbs, which is more than most people will ever try, and i still feel a massive stretch from these.
 
I understand now, those are much better directions. I’ll give it a try and let you know what I think.

Please do, you can call it what ever :) make sure you don't re-stim until you're 25 % erect, like a noodle.
 
I'm re-incorporating these into my current routine.
I'm doing 20 min of hanging, then i'm using my air pump that i made from the BM at a very high hg, and once my shaft is completely elastic im doing 200 jackups.

You can come up with many exercises using the word Jack LOL start with JackJelqs ? There’s the name now you need to invent the exercise LOL
