So i just started the Bathmate newbie. I go to work at 7am so the only time i have to do it i 4 am. Now apon waking up i have crazy morning wood. It just gets worst as i touch it. so i have been reading and maybe found a soultion

1. Jack off before

my only issue with that is i might not be able to get a 100% erction when its time to do my hardcore Bathmate streches and supersets

2. Jack off after Bathmate work them do streches so basically flip the program

but i want to know if jacking off after the Bathmate will hurt my gains

3. Do stretches later in the day

or This one is prolly a HELL NO

4. Dont hand stretch and rely on SG and only hand stretch between SG sets

What do you guys think would be the best line of attack

you can always do what nurses do in the hospitols Flick the Head my mom was a nurse and she told me this was the only way to deal with wood
i Flick Mine and goes down lol
or use ice cube on tip of penis lol

semi errect or flaccid but never errect you can do damage you really want to be careful in this area as things can pop
due stretches in the shower under the hot water jelq there too but people prefer to use the lotion no shower approach then you will have to make time
jacking off wont hurt your gains its basically a one handed jelqing session blood flow is key to any gains blood flow helps in process just dont over due yourself as you can hurt your johnson

1. ive recently found out that masturbation before using the Bathmate can really affect you sessions. i used to masturbate alot before the Bathmate, and when it actually came to using the Bathmate i would be semi erect and pretty limp. trying to pump whilst like that caused a little pain when at max and i didnt get as much pressure. if i just masturbate for a minute or two to get an erection, then put the Bathmate on, i can pump further and with no pain, and get really good engorgement after i take it off. also between sets i maintain the erction which i cant if i masturbate before hand.

2. if you dont plan on doing any girth work after the Bathmate, then masturbation after shouldnt affect gains

3. stretches later on in the day seperate from girth would be good

4. a combination of both hand stretches and SG would be ideal

since you said you get strong morning wood, jumping into the Bathmate straight away when you wake up may be the most effective and quickest way of getting a good session in.

others will probs give different advice, but this is just my experience and what i would do if i was in your position

You should do your girth sessions in the morning first thing when you wake up. Stay away from masturbating before a girth session. Always wait for 6 hours after ejaculation before starting a girth session.

It's a good tip. But if you have a solid erection, you can do a girth session after you have been ejaculation.
Sometimes I do this just to challenge my penis to new things. It's somewhat uncomfortable, but I like the challenge.
But the session will not be as effective if you ejaculate beforehand.

But having that hardness does help to push extra blood volume into the penis for more aggressive expansion. I know what you mean about having too much of an erection to do pumping. It can feel very uncomfortable. I adapt by pumping 2 sessions at lower pressure to relax the tissues, and hit it with a high pressure for maximum expansion, then back down to moderate pressure to keep the expansion. Now, I can have full blow erection and still pump. Can't say the same for the wife that wants some fun before work during my routine.
