Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble reaching the BM website?

Every time I go to https://www.officialhydromaxpump.com/ I get a bunch of code on the page with it saying "unhandled error" at the top. It was working fine yesterday when I looked. I was planning on picking up the x30 xtreme on monday.
 
I'm on the same spot like you but the website isnt down im just in the process of ordering one. But it says free express shipping. But when im ready to check out it says it costs 42dls.... so basically im getting charged for the shipping that was suppost to be free. I see no support for members here is this website down or whats wrong? I know once i purchase im going to have alot of questions and you posted this 6 days ago and nobody answers.... haha sadness.
 
Hi, Craig here from Bathmate.

We were having a few problems with our website but everything should be fine now. We've done some internal testing, if you did go through with the order could you private message me with your order number and e-mail address used for the order and we should be able to fix the costs for you if got charged more.

If you are still experiencing problems would you mind telling me what you did when it happened?
 
Hey DLD. I'm brand new to PE and have finally gotten around to ordering a pump (going for the Xtreme X30); but before I do I want to know if the deals mentioned on the affiliate link were still in effect - as far as the MOS lifetime membership and express shipping is concerned. Also, if they are, how can I make use of them? Will there be an email with account info sent to me or something like that?

Either way, I'm finally in a place where I can focus entirely on my PE goals and can't wait to get started.

Hey DLD, thank you so much for responding; I'm really glad to hear that'lls work, however, It's been over 24 hours since I placed my order and was charged but I still haven't received any emails confirming my purchase nor a tracking number. Is this typical?

Check your spam box, it sometimes makes it's way there.

Hey DLD, I've checked and rechecked my spam folder and the rest of my inbox. Maybe I accidentally misspelled it when I made my order? I have an order number that I received after paying but I'm not sure what I can do with it to help resolve the situation; maybe there's a part of the site I can enter it to check the shipping status. I emailed the company a few hours after I ordered the Xtreme X30 about this issue, but haven't heard anything yet; are there any reps I can message on the forum?

Send a private message to BathMate Chris or BathMate Craig, they both check and answer their private messages.
