can anyone give me an example on an intense routine (especially for length)?? I need to break through this damn plateau
 
Try doing 5-6 five minute intense stretches throughout the day and end it with a hanging or SG session for an hour.

you mean like x number of 5-6 minutes sets?
 
Yes like 5 or 6 sets, 5 minutes each. I take all the stretches in the newbies routine and chop it in half. So I have 15 seconds for each stretch and 10 rotaries instead of 25. I do that 5 times a day. Then I do one longer set at the end of the day before my girth routine.
 
Simple, SRT is the most powerful workout available. If this does not break a plateau nothing will!

according to my financial planning,I might be able to buy some tools buy the beginning of the new year,by then all I would do is the srt man

Expressive stretching with the length master. DLD blasters with the length master.
