Sex is an important part of any long-term relationship or marriage, I'm sure. Yes, no normal marriage will survive happily with a poor sex life, plain and simple. If this girl is someone you truly love, you might end up spending the rest of your life with her, perhaps. To be concerned about going the rest of your life without a blowjob would be a legitimate concern. So, if you love this girl, you've got to resolve this issue with her.
I don't know if I could do it. Oh, I would try to understand, suggest, etc., but I think no blowjobs would eventually kill any relationship for me. And that's not being pigheaded. For crying out loud, you ought to be able to set aside the minor things that may make you seem a little queasy at first...for someone you love. I mean, I wouldn't go down on the skank that hangs at the bus station, but I would have no trouble pleasuring a woman I cared about, regardless of taste, smell or whatever. To me, it just seems like she is being hypersensitive. To worry about whatever trace might be left from a drop or two of urine seems ridiculous to me. I guess I'm very sexually open and like the "whole package" with a woman and I couldn't be in a relationship where she did not make a real effort to accomadate that.
I'm not advising you to dump her, but you've got to consider how important to you this is, in the longterm. Try to talk it through and see if you can open her mind.
