?I been doing PE for exactly 3 months today.
My current routine
- 150 J a day
- 30 min of hanging
+ of course a warm up and warm down(I do take days off about twice a week).
I've gained almost a half inch doing this routine of mine pretty flimsy I'm looking for a new routine or some critique on my current one.
