?:(I been doing PE for exactly 3 months today.

My current routine
- 150 J a day
- 30 min of hanging
+ of course a warm up and warm down(I do take days off about twice a week).

I've gained almost a half inch doing this routine of mine pretty flimsy I'm looking for a new routine or some critique on my current one.

The newbie routine is the best routine atm for beginners.

Excellent work my Brother! A half inch with a flimsy routine is a big deal; It means that you can make much faster, bigger gains with a solid program. You are 100% manual right now and a step up from where you are would be the Newbie Routine. From there you can also look at SRT for the best information on PE available.
