How would the shock routine help me?

I was thinkinf of using rhe supet set shock routine for length
What do u think
 
I have no idea what shock routine is but i know what can help you.Consistency.You are thinking too much about routines and other stuff.Create a routine.Stick with it.And wait.
 
Shock routines are basically overtraining to get the ball rolling when you are stuck in a rug. It's honestly better to just start a new routine that is a complete departure from the work you were doing when things went stale.
 
I think you expect a hardcore routine to give hardcore results, but its more tricky than that because the tissues adapt really fast. You need a consistent routine, and that cant be a shock one because you'll injure. Sorry player we all need to put in the hours to get this gain. Sometimes I'm eager to train, and sometimes in tired to do it, but it always gets done because there's no other way. No retreat no surrender
 
When i stretched down today i was indredibaly sore ive never been this sore

being sore is ok,as long as you can ""bear"" the pain if you are having a sharp pain you should check n see whats going on wait until you heal..

warming up is important too

Are you feeling the soreness at the bar of the penis? If so this is a normal ligament soreness but if it is not at the base please describe where it is. Thanks.

That is a HUGE sign of growth! It will eventually no longer be sore like it is now but in the beginning it is a good sign of intensity.


Also, on a side note, DO NOT use your LengthMaster without wrap! This is dangerous and should not be done. Always wrap first!
