I feel conditioned enough to do both, but dont wanna go overboard. Im ready for it though but what do yall think would bring quicker girth gains? Clamping or pumping?
i am only familiar with clamping and although it does increase your girth size while exercises it can take a while for it to register as permanent gains...what i know about pumping is that it doesn't take long in the pump to get that fat dick look effect...but i'm not sure how pumping girth translate into permanent girth either.
i'ld say clamped exercises if i had to choose just one. But why not both? A clamp costs very little to get started. Clamp first then pump if you have the time or alternate between the two. I use both.
