My process:
Daytime routine: Wrap tightly, re-wrap at least once every 60-90 mins for circulation purposes (restroom breaks, I drink a lot of water)
Night time: I wrap barely enough to stretch the
Ace bandage itself. Very comfortable.
Also, I use two layers. Bottom layer is the athletic/ sports (spongey) wrap. Then I wrap with the
Ace. Seems to be much less irritation to skin, and it's also much easier to pee with the
Ace off/sports wrap on - and the sports wrap keeps you elongated (not as well as
Ace) if you decide to take a break from the
Ace.
