Hi All,

I was just wondering how much tension those of you who use some sort of ADS device use. I think the ADS concept is a good idea in cmbination with some sort of hanging: hanging tears the ligaments and the ADS makes it heal not back to its original length, but to the extended length.
So what tension would be good to use for ADS'ing?
Corresponding to 0,5 kg, 1 kg, 2 kg, or what?
As far as I recall, the tension that the JES-extender exerts corresponds to about 1 kg or so, so that would seem as a good value.
What do you think?
 
An ADS, like The VIMAX, in my opinion, are more of a supplement to a good manual routine. With that said, tension is better viewed as keeping the penis in a stretched position for an extended period. My goal, when I wear mine is moderate tension (enough that you are in your full stretched, flaccid, bone-pressed position), in order to supplement the manual training I did prior to wearing it.
 
So you would use a ADS device directly after the higer intensity Penis Enlargement session.
Too bad I cant do that, as I do my hanging sessions in the night, when the kids are asleep. I hope it has some effect, still. To kind of loosen up the ligaments before ADS'ing, I do ten cranks or so.
 
How about changing your hanging sessions to the morning?
 
Morning hanging sessions is more or less impossible for me.
First, I'd have to get up at four or something to be done with the hanging before the rest of the family wakes up and the kids start running around. Plus, I think the wife would think that I was seriously loosing my mind if I had to get up at 4:00 every day to hang weights from my cock in stead of doing it in the evening when doing some work from home, surfing or reading a book.

I hope this routine will pay off even though there is 8 hours of sleep in between the hanging routine and the ADS'ing.

It's funny that not many chime in on the tension issue. DLD says to use enough tension to get the cock to its max length state. As I recall it, the inventor of the autoADS said to use less tension than that for true ADS. I don't know. DLD's idea is more appealing to me in terms of gaining length, but the attacment to my dick is killing me. Lymphatic fluid build up and stuff. I'll start experimenting with some kind of wrapping one of these days.

And thanks for the input by the way.
 
I insist you find a way to ADS right after hanging. I believe that's when it's most helpful and that using it after 8 hours will probably only help your flaccid. This is just my oppinion anyway.
