Question that has been asked too many times to count. If you gain you gain. There is a maintenence program that you can use that DLD hsa for those who have reached their goals, and this helps to cement the gains. There are some who take extended breaks and lose a little girth, but that's because of the gain not being cemented, which means it wasn't a true gain. For me to know that I have grown I have to measure at least three consecutive days at the same size for me to claim anything, and sometimes it takes more than that. Just enjoy the ride bro. Holla
Usually done with jelqing for about thirty minutes a day to maintain proper blood flow, and I think some light stretching . My idea is to get to my goal and go past it by another .5. That would make it a nice even 9 X 6.5. So set your goal and look to beat it by .5 and you should be just fine, and if you want the maintenance program join the paysite, I'm not sure but I think that's the only place to find it. You can check though. Holla
This is something I've always scratched my head about. I honestly have never gained something and then lost it. I think the guys who make "gains" and then lose them, actually had "gains" confused with swelling, or a pump . I know for a fact that if I jelq 5 or 6 days a week...I will measure a little bigger, but then if I take off, of course the swelling goes down. There's no "loss" happening though.
I have always just done my exercises with the thought in mind that if I dont stop and have a sound program, I WILL gain. I keep at it until I see a gain.
