HELP!!! Sizegenetics dvd not detected, cant find instructions cant use

Hello everyone i have brought a size-genetics ads, im not happy as it comes with the written manual and the dvds supplied DO NOT BOOT/ARE NOT RECOGNISED. every other dvd/cd i put into my pc works.
I cant figure out how to use the noose strap as i cant get it in the holes and the comfort strap? how do you put that one without killing your dick? and the foam thing i cant even get my dick through it...
So what am i to do?

feeling very pissed off and decieved can someone please help me out here feeling like ive wasted alot of money
 
biggest CON no wonder why everybody has to make there own straps how can they send me 2 blank cds too idiots.
 
Sounds like pure frustration as you want to get to work with it right? well sadly it takes some learning before your stretching out a '__________' but it can be done. Please take a deep breath and lets sort this out. The dvd could be a dodgy one and that happens so email the company and tell them about it.
