is the velcro strap directly touching your skin? do you use any kind of wrapping to act as a barrier between your skin and the velcro or not? if not you need to. check out this link to my wrapping for my slider extender video. this wrap will work with any extender.

I recommend watching that video but the gist is to wrap with 3 layers- 1 of sports prewrap, 1 of self-adhesive wrap, and 1 of self-adhesive ace bandage. And maybe check out the velcro mod video that's on the forum. It details a different method than the one you're using. I made mine exactly like the one on the forum and it is awesome.

I would follow the suggestions above, sometimes getting the best stretch in the SizeGenetics takes a little bit of work in the wrapping department.
