Hello ,guys I have one serious question :
Before I've practiced penis enlargement exercises.
Now I have a girlfriend and my erection is not full...
Is it possible that the problem is in these exercises ?
I'am not aware but maybe I damaged my nervs ?

you have to give more info on what happens and what you do and did.
 
So basicaly my routine was every day stratching and jelqing. I dont remember well what was exactly the routine it was couple of mounths ago ..
My erection currently is 60-70 % ..
Can anyone give me a good kegling routine. Is this the best way to improove the erection ?
Also how to be shure that I doing actual kegling ?
If anyone have such expirience pls contribute

EQ problems are a normal side effect of PE girth work. In your case this undesired side effect might show itself to such an extreme extent because you jelq daily which is def too often. If I were you I'd give myself a break from girth work for a week or so. EQ should come back then. For the future do an 1on/1off scheme or 2on/1off to avoid heavy fatiguing of your erectile tissue.

I hope there is no anxiety whenever you want to initiate sex with your lady? Remember to do Kegels and Reverse Kegels. This should help.
