Took time off from reading and posting on the forum. Still practising some exercises tho. And i see i lost my mod priviliges i had as well since i stopped posting lol.

Welcome back from me too. Even though I have not been in many of the threads you've been to pepepe, I easily remember your avatar!

Your signature is what PE is also about; truly a longer, but very satisfying journey. Some changes happen fast, but to be willing to go further and advance, one must have the patient mind and strength to go on. I think this is relative to many aspects in life, rather than just PE and we should all embrace it.
