Unfortunitely, being the lazy person I am, I was hanging one night, and as I was shifting positions to get more comfortable in my chair, my dick slipped a little in TheGRIP. I thought nothing of it, but I felt an "itch" on my penis head for about 30 minutes while I was hanging crooked. Turns out I had a big water blister. My second one, but no big deal.

I decided to keep hanging, and I had to be very careful in putting my sheaths on and off. I went very slow, but realized I was still able to hang 11.25 pounds(my normal weight) and ADS all day and night. The water blister never grew in size and never bursted.

After four days the water blister has naturally died down and there is no scab on my penis like when the first time I popped it right after I got it. Atlhough there is one problem after the blister dies down, it tends to leak some water. To combat the water problem, I started wrapping my head with the Co-Flex sports wrap they send you when you order it, or you can pick some up at CVS or WalGreens or any other similar pharmacy store. It absorbs the moisture from the deflated water blister.

If it happens again, you might want to use some sot of antibiotic salve. Any time there is a break in the skin, there is a danger of infection. On a blister that "leaks" water on your finger-probably not a big deal. On the head of your penis...

I did put some antibiotic cream on it. I'm treating it good. Although last night when I was dry humping my girl it got caught on her belt and it ripped the skin pretty bad <:(

That must have REALLY been freaky! I know I flipped out the first time I hung with my bib and my head turned purple. Then I contacted Bib and adjusted my wrapping technique.
The circulation issuse went away as soon as I removed the bib, and didn't happen again when I got the wrap correct; I can't imagine having to deal with a blister that size for 3 weeks! You are a tougher man than I am!

So hanging with blisters seems to be okay? Did you get blisters even though you wrapped the glans like you were talking about in your other thread?

10inch, how do you rate the grip as a hanger?
How many lbs could you hang with it if you wanted to?

I thought they recommended wrapping the Glans prior to putting the sheaths on anyway.

I hung with blisters after I got them and everything was fine. No, I haven't gotten blisters since I have been wrapping with the sports wrap. I need to report that on my thread, btw.

TheGRIP is pretty good, in my opinion. I like their hanging then ADS all day/night setup. They obviously know what they are talking about.

As for how much weight it can hold, I have seen pics of guys hanging 40 lbs with it. I am up to almost 15 lbs for an hour and I'm fine. You just need the right amount of electrical tape and you can probably hang however much weight you want. And yes, ALWAYS wear sports wrap before you hang. Hell, I just reuse the same strip of sports wrap for all of my sessions, one little strip(about 5" long) lasts me for a good month, if not more, and a roll of 60 feet is like $3.

Hopefully, you have a real small head! :p G'day, mate!

I should have said, good luck with it. I've had a couple of w. blisters. They didn't look too bad until I got an erection. Then they looked bad. Kept me out of Penis Enlargement for sometime. I couldn't use the maxvac until they healed because the suction from the vacuum would pull and irritate the wound.

So TheGrip can be used to hang with blisters and the max vac can't? I don't understand this. Don't they both use vacuum?

Thread resurrection.

While this thread suggests that one will be okay hanging through blisters and not taking time off to heal, I do not recommend it. I got a HUGE blister on the left side of my glans almost the size of a quarter. I "hung through it" until it popped on its own. It was fine until I tried to hang with it deflated/drained. That was when I experienced some of the worst pain I've ever felt in my life. Trust me on this; let it have time to heal first. My mistake was that I hung too much weight for too much time (10 pounds for 30 minute sets with 7 minutes rest in between) and I ignored the pain as long as there was no blister. YMMV but for me, pain and overall glans discomfort comes a set or two before a blister. The sweet spot for me seems to be 5-8 pounds for 30 minute sets with a bunch of 3M micropore tape covering the entire glans including the urethral opening.
