I recommend measuring in metric (mm's, to be exact), then convert to inches (inch = 25.4mm) - and don't forget to take into account "ruler creep" (that blank space at the bottom of all rulers, before the measurements actually begin - could be 1/8" or more).
My best BPenis EnlargementL, before my injury, was 184mm (7.244"). Do the same with girth.
This is not a "trick," but in fact increases both accuracy and MOTIVATION!

I have always told my members and guys I help one on one to measure FBPS daily. It sounds ridiculous but I find this method of tracking gains is beneficial in a few ways. Primarily it dictates if a routine is effective or not. But I also think it puts the user in the frame of mind to expect gains quicker. This small psychological boost is very powerful. Using a metric system of measurement will only increase accuracy. This is a great idea Wax.

that rules. . . . a milimeter a day seems so much more achievable. metric is the new name of the game for me.

Thats why people live in Sweden ;) lol
(for the Meteric measurement system) nah, but its a good idea, i know because those small jumps seems so nice.

Theres noway you can measure so little change. I would say its very hard to see change under 0.1".

I always measure with metric first, it is a very motivational and accurate tool :)

ya wen i measure i use metric as well, i also use the same tape ruler that i measure girth with for my erect legnth because i can follow my curve better and get a good measurement

It helps to just slice off that little space that a ruler has before the numbers start. My ruler is now at absolute zero.

FSL is the only measurement I measure. It's a good way to track progress without the pressure of having to have an erection and keeping it while measuring. Besides, if your FSL is increasing, then your erect length must be increasing too, or it will be eventually.

I never bone press it though... that shit hurts even when I do it erect. Measuring bone pressed while flaccid hurts me even more.

Strictly for visualization:
Try measuring with a 6 inch ruler instead of a twelve. It is in no way good for any kind of accuracy... it's strictly for "eyeballing" your progress. Instead of seeing all twelve of those inches sprawled out in front of you like a long hard road, you can use the 6" to see how far away from the end you can get. It can help your mental state by doing this. Try it.

I use centimeters/millimeters to measure my penis. I don't understand inches on a ruler, and I live in a country where inches isn't standard.

So it's easier for me to measure in centimeters, with one decimal point, and then convert it to inches so the brothers here on MOS will understand it (Many are from USA).

1 cm = 0.393700787 Inch
1 Inch = 2.54 cm

Measurements should be made with the same Measurement device from the same place every time
