I tried maca man from there which turned out pretty good. I take three pills about fifteen minutes before training to receive increased erection strength, and heightened arousal
 
The one I tried works pretty well for an herb. Maybe you grow tolerant to them like I did when I was taking horny goat weed. Its name is HGW but it contains other herbs too, and at first I was extremely satisfied then towards the end of the bottle I wasn't getting the same effect.
 
Well the first ingredients are to help blood flow (vitamin x, zinc, niacin), but don't think I've heard of the others
 
GNC Staminol did nothing for me but I take a lot of shit lol. Templnite is right on the first few ingredients, the rest are for health and then testosterone. They are just the usual things they try to throw in nowadays. A lot of us become accustomed real easily. I just stopped taking anything. It ain't worth constantly having to try shit. You don't want your body messed up. Taking a viagra here or there is better than taking shit your body will get used to and then mess up your system. Your body has to constantly adjust and can just hurt you later on in life. Just train yourself brother. Best thing no matter what.
 
I take Muscle Tech 8 hour protein in the morning after my coffee. Follow that with Jim Stoppani fat burner. Have BPN BCAAS and more fat burner with my lunch which is usually some type of chicken along with some grains. Dinner is whatever I feel like. I'm not a vegetable person, but will time to time. Fruits......., I'll smash a watermelon quicker than Gallagher. My workouts are void right now as my schedule is ridiculous into next year. I maintain my weight from not over-indulging in everything. I eat what I feel is enough, usually a lot less than what others do, but that's because I made myself more disciplined. I eat more meals but keep food at what I need, not what I want. Thinking that way has helped change me for the better. Just a simple plan. Nothing crazy like what I used to do.
 
Muscletec is sooo pricey man XD. It works, but I know they throw in alot of filler that makes it taste all nasty. I don't take any stacks because I don't really train for competition like that, and I do like vegetables, meats, and whatever 's good basically XD.

I use it for meal replacement or when I have no time to eat. Its not really expensive, bodybuilding.com always has sales going on. That's where I get all my supps, I can spend 100 and get a shit load. If you go to GNC, you'll get one thing and then something small. Not worth it anymore. Plenty of other sites as well, but BB.com has always been good to me.

Muscle Tech used to have Anabolic Halo, it was a post workout powder. That shit tasted better and worked better than anything I've ever tried in my life. They stopped it, brought it back, was garbage, so I don't use.
BPI products has the best flavors and quality is good. They have the best taste. Muscle Tech, BPI, BSN and now JYM products are making a shot for the top spots. I got far better info and learned more from Muscular Development magazine than any other on the market, and yes, I had a subscription to all of them. They fueled many of my workout plans. MD has the best info on steroids as well and where you can find out more info. I have no need since I don't wanna be a monster. But I'm getting off topic. Get a name brand like the ones I listed. You'll see how your body likes it and with proper understanding of the human body like you have, you'll gain. Proper form workout, protein, diet and rest. That's all you need really. I use BCAAS during the day because it helps make water taste better lol. Just so you know, if it gots watermelon, I gottsta have it lol.
