How could you write a "diet guide" and not even account for the sources of your foods?

When you say "Ribeye", for example, do you understand that the
Omega-3:Omega-6 is drastically different depending on the diet of the cow? Obviously not.

Leave nutrition to somebody who knows what they're doing (John Meadows or Robb Wolf, for example).

You still gotta hand it to him, he has some really nice food choices in the list.

Few things:

1.Its just a food list to help people select foods for dieting.

2.You don't me, I just pulled that food list from a fitness site, you don't know what I know.

3.If you dont like what I post then stay away from my post

4. Im going to leave me to being me, so you do you, and if this is you then stay away from what I post becsue your not the boss of me. PARTNER

Balanced diet is the answer. Eating the right amount of food for how active you are and eating a range of foods like plenty of fruit and vegetables, plenty of bread, rice, potatoes, pasta and other starchy foods (choosing wholegrain varieties when possible), some milk and dairy foods (choosing lower-fat varieties when possible), some meat, fish, eggs, beans and other non-dairy sources of protein and just a small amount of foods high in fat and sugar.

Great list. I'll just add as a recommendation to get these foods from high quality sources such as organic fruits & veggies and grass-fed/pasture raised meat sources. THese things are great additions when searching for a healthy way to eat.

I guess so:) My diet consists mainly cheeseburgers, chocolate and cigarette:)

i think eating everything as per the season of food is good.....you have to try lots of VARIETY in day so you will keep getting other benefits other than what you have selected for the day.......fixing diet can make you loose other benefits from different foods.

Some great advice on dieting, all which will not only help you lose weight and expose more penis but will make you more confident. I know for myself, as I have been eating better lately, I feel better and look better. I want to drop 60 pounds and I hope to do this before the weather changes.

Simple food is always good for weight lose. I also eat simple food like vegetables and fruits. Fish, chicken, meat and other stuff are also good for protein and vitamins. Thanks everyone for sharing food list here and good information.

I really need this list for motivation. I'm still falling off my diet. I need to be strong.

I am right there with you. I have found that I need to experiment a bit with healthy foods to find things that are delicious while at the same time profitable in my weight loss attempts.
