Feeling really frustrated

So I’ve been using the LG hanger for past couple months. I was stuck on a plateau of 7.5nbpel and 8bpel, until March where I made an increase too 7.75nbpel to 8.25bpel. Lately I’ve been measuring at 7-7.25nbpel and 7.5-7.75bpel. What are the possible causes of this? I’ve been feeling really frustrated to the point I’ve been thinking of quitting... all this money and effort and time... for a decrease in length... it’s really fucking with my head.

Hey Top,

Can you give us some more specifics? For instance, can you give us the dates of your measurements and a workout log so we can compare what you were doing to the measurements you took? Did you change anything about your routine before losing the length?

So I started using LG hanger roughly in December on and off, but I was mostly using the bib @ 7.5lbs, when I February can around I was still 7.5 inches nbel and and 8.0 inches bpel. By April 1st I was hanging at 12.5 as I was since beginning of March, I had slowly built up weight as I was using it on and off since December. Near the end of March I measured at 7.75 nbel and 8.25 bpel. 2 weeks ago I had an injury which had blood come out my urethra, I took 5 days off and started hanging again at 10lbs for a day and was comfortable again at 12.5lbs, I was following by regular routine of using a rice sock to warm up, bundled stretches, 2 sets of hour long hanging, and more bundled stretches in between set and after set, followed by jelq, and silisleeves to heal in elongated state. I measure yesterday, and I was measuring at 7.00-7.25 inche nbpel and 7.5-7.75 bpel.

The nbpel fluctuates too much for my liking...I would suggest measuring BPFSL (bone pressed flaccid stretched out length) to get a solid measuring marker.

I was the same way! When it came to measuring erect it was almost impossible it will fluctuate so much the beginning. At that point I decided that the best way to stretch would be flaccid stretch bone pressed as this measurement only changes when you gain and will not show false gains.
