Titled 'The ultimate Penis Enlargement exercise' by Blue_Whale is a very popular and new exercise hitting the MOS forums at the moment and can be found here.

I must say I love the ease of this, yet its effectiveness is just great saying its attack is so simple.

This got me thinking, how to make it more powerful but also with the option of being able to hold on longer with something helping to aid in this movement ... it came to me :) the Power Assist.

Tried this a few times to make sure it worked and was safe, my conclusion is that this will make gains for me in length that I bloody want!!!

Did 10 minutes of this exercise non-stop, i.e. the stretch was applied at high force in the PA for 10 mins without stopping and afterwards noticed my FSL was slightly over 1/2 longer!! This is amazing when you think about how hard I find it to make length gains.

Its temp and FSL but that will equal gains if this is applied regular and makes me very hopeful in its effectiveness.

The reverse kegel was applied during this movement aswell and made the exercise more intense, especially when you vacuum your stomach in as you reverse kegel:OLMAO

I have attached a very basic drawing of the exercise which just illustrates the
PA underneath the leg, so the positioning is correct ... than place your entire penis and testicles through the hole and start the movement as you would without the PA.

The difference now is that you dont need to push down on the dorsal with the hand as the PA is doing that for you and when you push the legs down and move the body upwards slightly it will increase the intensity like you never thought possible.

Do these with reverse kegels with the vacuum stomach applied, which will relax the area in the pelvic region plus the muscles surrounding the bulb of the penis, maeking it more effective.

Lemme know how you dig this.

I did these with the PA two nights ago, today during my clamp session i was still sore as hell and i only did 10 minutes worth of work in the PA. Damn this could be good.
 
can somebody make a video because I'm not getting how to do this exercise.
 
I get it. I think i was doing something similar at one point myself and you do gain "quick length" with it for sure. I took a 5lb weight and attacted a rope in the shape of a "U" to it. I hung that over the dorsal side and grabbed the head and pulled upward towards my belly button.

I got that dreaded blood drip from the tip from doing this, but I think that was because i was fully erect while doing so (a big no no in stretching I know) but as far as stretch and gains, chyeah. I couldnt cement them cuz I took two weeks of to heal the urethra, and got scared about doing it again.

Red, any thoughts?
P.s. I'm highly considering the PA for purchase now.
 
Can some tell me if I am getting this exercise.You take the power assist and put it under your legs, then you take your penis and put it through the power assist then pull it up towards your belly button. Would you do kegels during this exercise to help with length gains?
 
Avoid doing kegels, do reverse kegels if you must not the standard as that will restrain the ligaments from a full stretch.
 
Yeah but also check out the original exercise thread by blue_whale because he advises they are also done bundled.
 
Link to this exercise done manuelly is here and it looks like the bundled version is better, so try that if you use this variation in the PA for more intensity.
 
Yup I finally strated doing these about two nights ago. Last nite my woman was like oh my god that dick is soo big. One of the longest most intese orasms shes had. hehehe. In other words this exercise is money...
 
Well I did the regular __________ stretch bundled last week and I truly loved. After having red this article I finally decided to give it a try, so I did but I did it normal instead of bundled and I just simply didnt feel the same ype of intensity. So now I'm doing it bundled and I really feel it this way. Oh and yes this is with the power assist.
