So I have gotten fat as I ever could at this point in my life. I'm 6'3 and 250 pounds. Fat as a mother fucker. I know I can be lean at like 185 lbs.

I have some really stressful things in my life that made me gain all this weight as well as a pectoral tendon tear injury. My tendon ripped straight off the bone and had to get two surgeries. Had to get it twice because I did something stupid and re-tore the tendon, but almost healed up and am doing the physical therapy which will hopefully allow me to start weightlifting again. I gotta be able to squat and deadlift at least.

I had some bloodwork done and my testosterone is pretty high surprisingly at 1400 ng/dl. I take vitamins and other stuff. My diet is horrendous! The main reason I got fat as fuck in the first place.

Girls tell me I am very handsome and tell me I look fine. My face is not really pudgy but compared to my face when I was in shape, I can tell the difference! Way more attractive. And they don't see me with my shirt off.

I have done Keto many of times, and have lost weight really fast from that diet. Just am concerned with the possible health risks because it is supposedly very taxing on the body. I have done it and felt great from it. More energy, less hungry, more horniness. ;) But any diets or LIFESTYLE recommendations please throw them my way.

I started today doing some easy shit on the elliptical. 20 mins. and I was done. Really bad considering I used to do some of the most intense powerlifting routines and agility drills. I am gonna start with the cardio about 5 to 6 days a week and will slowly incorporate the weights. Hopefully posting this long ass thread will give me the motivation to share my progress. I got the looks, but the chubbiness can certainly go. As well as the added benefits of daily exercise which is also enjoyable for me.

get it done by brother! good luck!

Hey there!

Nutrition is the key-element. Do your best to add more vegetables and fruits to your diet, especially vegetables with high fiber; they "fill" you up in a healthy way. (I like carrots a lot myself, celery is high in fiber as well.)
Hydration is another. Do your best to eliminate sugary drinks from your diet. If you drink coffee with sugar, skip the sugar. Coffee in moderation is fine health wise, as long as it's black. (Personal preference and most health articles tout the dark stuff being the good stuff.)
Keep an eye on the labels; many juices have a big load of sugar! So if you want to drink juices, I know some have good benefits, but keep an eye on the sugar content.
Water is the best, it's okay to spice it up with some lemon, strawberries, cucumber, if the taste is boring for you / you find it difficult to drink the necessary amount.

No need to skip all sugar, just keep the moderation in mind. Soda pops I would skip if possible. Alcohol (if you use) is one thing that can easily put on weight, first hand experience at the moment. (I was abdroad for a moment and good beer was cheap.)

Moderation is another good word and applies to many things. Cardio-type fitness is great for losing weight I think, at least it has worked in my case. Just need to add intensity after a while, but I bet you know this from before.
Better to start a bit slow but keep it consistent. But remember a good sleep is very essential as well!
I think with your current testosterone the fat burning effect can take place "relatively easy", but that's just me thinking.

Diets I don't have that much experience with. Lifestyle, more so. Don't stress too much, enjoy the little things in life, have a positive state of mind. Keep on eye what you eat, one thing is to write a diary; that has set many people on the right track more or less. But don't stress about it too much, we're people and we slip from time to time. Stress is one thing slowing down metabolism and therefore a progress in weight loss.

I wish you all the best, I also have something to lose, let's fight together!

Thanks brotha. Yeah I'm gettin ready right now to do my cardio. Already feeling better by just doing one session from yesterday. I am extremely competitive and love to fucking train. Pushing myself even when I am out of shape is something I have done many times before and am gonna do today.

Even though what I am doing right now is not intense compared to the things I have done in the past, still glad to be back into doing something. Really looking to get back where I was and get better from that.

LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A few things, I am very happy that you are taking on the whole body challenge, this is the fastest way to PE gains because as you lose weight more visual penis is available and when you are doing PE in addition to this the gains come even faster. This whole body approach is going to help you feel better about yourself and give you so much more confidence. The stress levels should come down too, you will feel more at peace knowing you are making positive changes. So, as you stated: LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!

Thanks DLD. I really appreciate all the support I am getting on this site. Yes, I want to work on the whole body. Health as well as penis size and health for it too.

Did my cardio session and got a good little head high of endorphins. Only did 25 mins. Was shooting for 30 mins. but I made the session really intense and got my heart rate up to 185 bpm just on the elliptical for like 10 mins. I am remembering that this is like sprinting. Well, ate pretty good and drinking lots of water. Doing my hanging sets right now as I type but I'll try to leave out PE related stuff from this thread and put it on my other thread. Everything is goin good.

looking forward to hearing about your motivation and results...inspiring to say the least!

Awesome! I am so proud of you! And 'only' 25 minutes? That is a great amount of time for starting out. Be sure to count your calories, including drinks, they add up quickly. You will want to stay below the threshold of stable weight for your size. For me I remain stable at 2600 calories so anything below this would go to weight loss. I try to stay in the 1600-2000 range when losing weight, as I am now. I have been so close to my goal for a while now and I was not sure why I was missing it until I recounted the calories and found I was above the 2600 mark, closer to 3500! So calories count so count them! You can also include cardio as a deduction in calories according to a calorie calculator. When cardio is added you can lose weight at your stable weight. As you lose that weight and stretch that dick you will make changes that become so addictive you will never want to stop! Keep up the awesome work and God Bless you!

Nice to see someone actually mention squats and deadlifts outside of a bodybuilding dedicated forum. Too many upper body only builder types out there. It always looks so ridiculous and they seem to have no idea how imbalanced they look, or how unhealthy it is to be so imbalanced from a physiological standpoint. It's always fun too, to see the occasional guy walking around with big shoulders, big arms and chest....then he has a flat back. As an example.

Those used to be two of my favorite movements. Deads, and squats. I was never as focused as some guys...I had no aspirations of serious body building, I just enjoyed the lifts themselves. I was in the 400s for reps on both and only used straps on my deads after my hands gave out. Next favorite was training my triceps and shoulders. Never cared too much about my chest directly. Heavy overhead presses (also rarely seen done), weighted triceps dips (got into 90lbs+ around my waist for reps), and close grip bench press.

Learned a little about hormones, actually helped a semi well known "source" forum get going several years ago...got a lifetime membership out of that. Ran a few 'cycles'. Then, things just kind of all came together to get me out of it and I lost interest. LOL Part of it was a minor injury from stupidity. Was at the gym for squat day. Did my usual warm up set....315 for 15 reps. It was my day to try to break my personal best of 405 for 3. I got myself all psyched up, had the heavy metal going in the ear buds, blasted through a great set of 405 for 4! Racked the weight, decided I was Mr Awesome and could handle another set for as many reps as I could get after I rested for a few. Unracked, stepped back and got stuck in the bottom after 2 reps. Instead of dumping the bar behind me on the catch bars, I went forward. Screwed up my neck, lower back and hips for a while. Then, school came along, then a job and so on.

I think when I finally do get back into a solid physical training routine, it will be mostly bodyweight based training. You can do a lot with bodyweight only stuff though. Hand stand presses, push ups, squats, lunges, cardio, etc. I'll also likely get a decent set of dumb bells and kettle bells.

On diet, it is indeed easy to eff up there. Especially if you are trying to eat 'like a bodybuilda' on a western culture diet. It's easy to sacrifice quality of calories for just plain junk calories. A 3,000 calorie "5 Buck Lunch" at Hardees' isn't the same as a well thought out 3,000 calorie meal designed to fill your personal nutrition needs. Of course, you really shouldn't be throwing down 3,000 calories in one sitting anyway.

I total 2600 for the entire day!

Man have the last few days have been a clusterfuck. Well, getting back on path and stickin with it. Starting with my PE and exercise endeavors, I felt like I was taking a step forward. With the last few days, I have taken like 5 steps back lol. Really bad but gotta get back to it.

@DLD I hear ya and I will implement starting on counting calories but I am considering going Keto and losing fat really fast. Tracking calories on weight loss mode for me is just the biggest hassle. When I am usually close to being lean and have a small gut, I would count calories. But considering I am fat mofucka, eating fat will make me lose fat haha! That's Keto.

@Still Yeah brotha! I love training for the aspect of training as well. Good ole compound movements are my fave's and RARELY do I ever do isolation movements. Actually, lie. When I was training, I did do hamstring and low back isolation movements a lot as well as hips. I really wanted to supplement my Deadlift and get that motherfucker up!!!!

But with my two surgeries on my pectoral tendon, IDK if this is gonna be limiting thing with my training. It is gonna suck really bad if I can't do the movements and training I want to do but I will have to learn to live with that. I can at least make my dick bigger :)

Hoping everything goes well though. Just cardio and physical therapy for now.

I got you. I am close to lean at this point and still counting. I went over 3 times this week :( But I did enjoy the cheats as they were with my Grandchildren and my Son, how could I resist? :) I really want to put up my pictures soon bt I still need to get that final shot, soon! The awesome thing is I kept a very good pictorial progress account so everyone can see the stages I went through.

Adapting to the Keto diet. Hard but gonna be worth it. Changing the body's reliance on sugars and changing it rely on fat is gonna turn my body into a furnace for all fat, including my own! Talking from experience because I have done this before. Shoulder is getting better and hopefully down the road, will be getting back into some serious lifting and HIIT. Still doing the "easy" shit but gotta really be patient. Been injured enough at this point, really gonna have to learn from my mistakes.

HIIT is the joint, I did this in the beginning of my weight loss. Today I just do sit-ups and pushups to keep my muscle up to par. I have all of my progress pictures almost ready to go. I went from 240 to 180. I usually can never see the changes when I diet so I am very happy I kept a photo journal. I will post after one more set of pictures.

Good job DLD! That's fuckin great!

That must a massive difference and you must look and feel a whole lot better. Hopefully will be having a similar story. :)

The biggest issue is putting my progress pictures together as I think I went up and down a few times :) I will sort them the best I can but the 1st picture compared with the most recent picture is pretty mind blowing. I hope to get some time to do this soon.

My younger brother is doing Keto with me. He started at around 250 lbs like me and we've been at it for nearly three weeks or maybe a month. Haven't been keeping track. He's a little shorter at 6'0. We haven't been exercising too rigorously but I can already see my brother losing weight. Pretty fuckin cool to see that.

Pretty funny thing today, which happens pretty regularly too. Me and my bro went to In & Out, we regularly go here, and ordered three Protein style 4x4's each. Basically the sandwich without the bun. We got looks from the employee as if we were gonna die and a customer told us "Damn dude! You askin for a heart attack?!" I just smiled and told him this was our lunch. :) He looked at me like I was fuckin insane. Mwhahahhahaha!!! Maybe I am!! LOL

We did push it with three each but we haven't gained weight and are consistently losing. Just a little funny when we get those reactions.

My bro knows I also do PE and he'll be getting a LengthMaster and the other things I recommend to him when he becomes a little older. Pretty much my best bud as well. Pretty cool to have someone to have a similar lifestyle.

So good to have a friend to share this with in person. Having someone who you can tell anything with complete trust is a friend, and one you want to keep! In real life I have 2 friends, my Son and Lightning. I can tell them anything and they will accept me. They will call me out when I am messing up. They keep me accountable and will do anything for me..it is mutual. I am happy you have someone like this in your life.

Keepin it keto have made some progress for not really being active too much. I believe I officially started doing keto on June 15th and did a weigh in on July 9th. Dropped from like 251 lbs to 237 lbs. Was pretty happy to see that. Also did my bodyfat at 237 lbs and was at 28%. Still kind of high on the bf but after some calculations, I would be 195 lbs at 12% bf. Was kind of down, just a bit :), b/c i used to be 203 lbs at 12% when I used to hit it really hard. But oh well. Can gain that back and more.

I have to keep doing my PT for my shoulder and then I believe I can start weightlifting later on this year. Slow and steady.
