Never try that stuff, but i can visualize :hanging: lol probably would go into that but some ppl report loss of gains from that, any way i don't recomended, from what i heard DLD never done that, so chip just use your hands they the best instrument...and pls dong hang yourself ....i mean don't do hanging lol
 
the initial question should be statistically answered and unfortunatly we dont have a chart that gives the answer.

Most people have their preferences and manual stretching clearly works. But From the information I have read the most gains have come quickest from hangers.

Again -it would be nice to have the facts on this )

Umm.. what? Firstly, DLD did hang; secondly, who gives a shit as to whether he did or not; thirdly, don't talk about something you obviously know nothing about.
 
I personally gained the MOST length from hanging. But I soon lost most of it. So I'd have to say yea, it the most productive as far as "quickness in gains". To me though I never found that shit comfortable. It aint natural to me.
 
A lot of it depends on body types as well. I have a ridiculously hard time fatiguing my penis by manual exercises. Therefore, I'm looking into hanging to be the way to break down my ligs and eventually tunica.

Some can fatigue fine with manuals. What's fastest is what works best for your body type.

When It comes to the tunica, cc, and probably ligs it makes sense to me your temporary gains of today are your future gains of tomorrow.

Clamping, hanging, etc all push past the limits and it would make sense to me the farther you push your temporary gains, even thought that is all they are for now, is your training goal.

If you repeat this enough your "normal measurements" will increase- the rate depending on many factors.

increased temporary gains = increased future gain potential

... this is a theory but it makes sense and I think it is worth focusing on.

*is it possible you did not continue on long enough to cement these gains? and maybe hanging was not so much the problem rather than the continued stress?

I thought of a visualization that may help with this theory. Alwaystrying and a few other have stated similar ideas but I am going to write this as i see it today.

imagine the tunica as a balloon and inside is not air but the cc.

if we stretch the balloon lengthwise (similar to hanging) it will be more likely to
1) remain longer in its flacid state (no pressure)
2) increase lengthwise due to the stretching that direction once pressure is applied.

if we stretch the balloon girthwise the reverse would be true.

now imagine we supply different amounts of pressure. clamping and pumping would be the equivelent of putting more air in the balloon than you could kegal naturally. this should be the first thing that changes. and slowly you should notice your normal kegaled blood catching up to these new dimensions.

however this takes time and is one reason Penis Enlargement needs to be done for not a few weeks but years for really good gains (there are exceptions, but this is a tendency).

these are just my thoughts and may be totally wrong.
