to lose some weight off her butt? My g/f has what some might call a J-lo booty.

She works out at least three times a week. She runs, does stair stepping, and rowing for at least 10 minutes each exercise as well. She eats healthy and she can't cut the weight. When she goes a week without hitting the gym, dimples are back on her cheeks. From the waist up she is very skinny. Her legs are rather thick. She has a good bit of muscle in her legs. I'm not sure how, but she does and there is also some fat there too. Her top and lower halves don't look like they belong to the same person. Don't get me wrong. I'm not being nit picky. I love her body, but she wants to improve it.

Now I know she may just be screwed by genetics, but if there are any exercises, programs, or pieces of advice you have to share please do so. And also, good ways to convey these ideas to her are appreciated as well. I can't just say so hunny I think I found a way to help you with your ass. Of course that will hurt her feelings.
 
LOL I find this funny.

My wife has a large chest (38 D) and a skinny ass and I wish she had a black girl ass. LOL I just love the thought of getting a girl doggy style with a nice plump ass.

I guess you always want what you don't have.

Back on topic. I know my wife must do about 2 or 3 hours a week on a stair master and she has about the smallest ass you would ever see. More like a 17 year old ass than a 33 year old women's. So some how get her on a stair master. As far as how to tell her??? Well I would not advise telling her anything like that. :O
 
If she carn't drop her bodyfat then her diet needs adjusting,even if she is eating healthy.

Other than that plenty of low inensity cardio.
 
I would like to know exactly what she is eating..Just to eat healthy isnt enough info to assist in losing pounds...She could eat healthy but if she aint eating enough calories or eating like a bird her body is gonna hang on to all that fat for energy because she is starving her body..Kinda like putting your body into a continued Famine State..not good bro not good

As for what she eats, she rarely eats fast food. She might have Taco Bell or Chipotle once a week. Doesn't like eating hamburgers. Loves chicken and fish. Sandwhiches always made with wheat bread. Doesn't eat anything high in fat or saturated fat. Never fries food. Eats vegetables. Drinks diet soda and skim milk. All her snacks are low fat except for maybe some tostito chips and dip she might occasionally have a few times a week. Seldomly eats pizza and drinks low fat stuff from coffee shops. I don't know what the problem could be in her diet.

Well the stairstepper aint helping because it hits the glutes. Does she have breeder hips (wide)?
 
I am an avid bodybuilder. gym id say 5 times a week. the thing ive found to work that muscle area the most would be squats. DEEP squats. and of course allthough ytou cant spot reduce she will get tighter in that area from the increase in muscle. diet is the thing she may have to change.

Yes she does have some wide hips Afro. Wide hips, big butt, and small ass waist. Her underwear is hanging out a lot because of this, especially when she bends over and its hard to get good jeans to fit her.

Far as leg squats I'm not sure I can get her into those. Stair stepper is mainly for legs huh?
