I've tried wearing my UJW when erect but not in my extender! sometimes i actually prefer getting erect or semi-erect when putting on the UJW, cause then i don't have to wrap as hard and when i start going soft i am still at a half decent stretch but the wrap is just more loose so it doesnt cause discomfort!
