Is there any correlation between the two? For example, would becoming vegan / raw vegan / vegetarian increase my gains or would it have a negative effect? Does it have any impact on sperm quality / volume etc?

I gained a bit back over the past 8 weeks but I was a bit too thin. I love SRT not only for the penis gains but the total body metamorphosis. I have not weighed myself in a while but I would think I made a solid 50 pound loss.

I'm sure there are more effective ways than what I got. I'm not in a rush and its something that goes on parallel to everyday life. I got enough stuff to worry on my head all ready.
As of today ive ticked off 14,55 pounds total.
Steady as she goes, I'm not complaining :D

There is nothing specific you can eat that'll transfer to Penis Enlargement gains. On the flip side, the healthier you eat - the better your body will respond in general. Drink plenty of water and try and fit in some exercise/healthier diet to minimise body fat and you'll have a healthier penis (as measured in EQ).
I cannot recommend enough drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated.

There is this pyramid, that was used back in the day to demonstrate which aspects of lifestyle impact your body composition the most:The more weight you lose you will gain in length. Aerobics and weight training will be the fastest way to drop that weight
