Is there any correlation between the two? For example, would becoming vegan / raw vegan / vegetarian increase my gains or would it have a negative effect? Does it have any impact on sperm quality / volume etc?
 
Nope, providing you get the minimum amount of protein needed to create penis muscle you will be fine (and given how the small the penis is compared to the rest of your body, you don't need much).
 
No i dont think going the vegan route will increase your gains anymore then following healthy eating habits and a general healthy fitness lifestyle will be of a benefit to you as a whole. And im sure the healthy eating habits and general fitness will help with blood flow for your Penis Enlargement exercises and in turn produce results for you.

I'm on a diet to lose weight and it is working. Results? The lower the overall fat = smaller fatpad = better looking cock :D
I have managed to shave off 218,25 - 208,33 = 10 pounds this far. Wife digs it so I'm keeping this up :D

Good for you. I finished a cycle of the SRT workout a couple of months ago and lost an insane amount of weight. I gained a bit back over the past 8 weeks but I was a bit too thin. I love SRT not only for the penis gains but the total body metamorphosis. I have not weighed myself in a while but I would think I made a solid 50 pound loss.

Woha thats great!

I'm sure there are more effective ways than what I got. I'm not in a rush and its something that goes on parallel to everyday life. I got enough stuff to worry on my head all ready.

As of today ive ticked off 14,55 pounds total.
Steady as she goes, I'm not complaining :D

There is nothing specific you can eat that'll transfer to Penis Enlargement gains. On the flip side, the healthier you eat - the better your body will respond in general. Drink plenty of water and try and fit in some exercise/healthier diet to minimise body fat and you'll have a healthier penis (as measured in EQ).

I cannot recommend enough drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated.

I can vouch for that!
Ever since I cut off coffe (and believe me I drank like lunatic) I have drank a lot of water.
I even started to lug around 1L bottle with me when I'm visiting clients and there's nothing available.
It has become quite handy since :D

As for activity I'm getting ready to take a bike to work and back. The weather in here is getting to the point where its rideable.

When I was on a high protein diet, my fat pad was very small and my penis was much longer. Combining a good diet together with PE will bring gains much quicker.

Read / Listen all books from Dr. Michael Greger about whole plant based diet. There is also a youtube channel: Nutritional Facts, that has stuff about studyjournals of nutritional sciences.

Being absolute about nutrition is not for everyone, and it is not always recommended. In our culture it is Sometimes really Hard to eat only plant because on our culture and stigma. But it is what it is.

There is this pyramid, that was used back in the day to demonstrate which aspects of lifestyle impact your body composition the most:

First: Nutrition. (You lose weight and gain muscle when nutrition is optimal. Even without training.)

Second: Rest. (To lose weight and gain muscle, you need to recover from training and overall IRL stuff.)

Third: Training for fat loss and muscle gain.
