Start your training with gentle stretching whether you are sore or not is a good warm-up. After you have done this your dick should be more compliant with the 'real' stretching.
If you're feeling this pain while stretching downwards it's a good sign , it means you're ligaments are reallty stretched..if you feel this pain when you stretch in another directions,try what i said above..get a good warm-up and ejaculate before length routine , your PC muscle will be fatigue and tierd and you are going to be able to stretch much further and much better.
