how do i maximize gains doing dld blasters? Should I rotate the wrist for increase intensity? Should I push out my wrist, kind of trying to separate the base of my penis from my body? Should I focus on pulling down?
Related side note - I want length bad

All rotation, flex, push and variance in fulcrum will maximize the length you can gain. I focus on arcing downward but will mix in other directions to keep things fresh.

Get yourself a length master and do the DLD blasters with it. This will bring gains faster than your hands. The DLD blasters is more powerful when done with the length master.
 
@squirt_inducer_man once you exhaust the BTC, you might want to look into DLD blasters. It is the most intense length master exercise that I've done. It takes me to that jelly state quickly.
Thanks! I will look into these, and keep them ready when the BTC are exhasted.

Describe the jelly state. Maybe this is the reason I have problem to attach into the chamber sometimes. 🤔

What about this?
You can never exhaust the BTC gains, the point of stretch is so far past the point of attachment that there will always be available gains in this area. Gains can see limits in other positions where the ligaments may be too long for any random position but BTC is so far that you would need to gain 5-6 inches to start feeling slack in the ligaments.

I definitely suggest you try the SRT workout, it is by far the best routine available and it continues to evolve and become better and better.
