I have tried this twice thus far and it seems to target the ligaments very well. At least, I feel a strong burn in the base ligament area. I do a stretch straight out and then, whilest in the stretch, I use the other hand to put a tight OK grip around the base area (as far down as you can get given that you are stretching the pubic hair area outwards), then grip and stretch out in the same straight out direction. Sort of a double handed/two handed assisted stretch.
Could some of the vets try this out and see if it has any potential? I'm going to use it in my stretching routine for a while and see what happens. It may not be new at all, but I have not read about this technique anywhere.
